We wanted to celebrate and share how PROUD we are of all of the children in Year 6. It has been lovely seeing their smiley faces bright and early each morning for breakfast. Huge thank you to all the staff members and parent volunteers who have helped out each morning making an amazing amount of toast!!
This week the children have blown us away and shown amazing positivity, resilience and determination when taking their SATs. They have all worked so hard and we couldn't feel more proud of them. A little poem of reflection! Well done Year 6. #Growingandachieving #satsweek #primaryeducation

We were so lucky in Year 1 to have a visit from Rev. Jane Bannister today and she chatted to us all about Baptism. She showed us all the items that are used and explained their significance and meaning. She then Baptised Kermit the frog. We all loved her visit and asked lots of interesting questions at the end. Jane then read us her favourite Bible story.

Year 3 developed their scientific skills yesterday in science by researching using secondary sources. They were given the key words exoskeleton, endoskeleton and hydrostatic skeleton and some leaflets. They had to work in pairs to find out information about what the vocabulary meant as well as provide examples of animals with these types of skeletons. They worked curiously and gathered a set of fantastic information!

Reception had a wonderful day exploring Bekonscot Model Village!
We attended a fantastic workshop where Cathy retold the story of 'Oi! Get off our train!' using our children and lots of fun props. We enjoyed our picnic lunch and went from here to the pirate ship playground. We ended the day with a hunt to find lots of fun things around the model village.
The children made us all very proud.
